TONEX Signature Collection 1 in the Studio Max 5 bundle

Can anyone verify if the Signature Collection 1 comes with Total Studio Max 5?

Being a huge Rush fan, I mainly just wanted the Lifeson collection. The website indicated it came with Total Studio Max 5, so I bought the entire Studio MAX 5 upgrade a few months ago, got so frustrated with the load procedures that I gave up anything Tonex related but now that I have a little free time I am determined to see if I can actually use what I thought I paid for.

In TONEX MAX, I can see the "Signature Collection 1" along with a million others in TONEX MAX but they all say I still have to pay for them. I know you have to click "Restore Purchases" from within Tonex, which finally worked yesterday (apparently Tonenet was mostly down when I first tried this whole process) but no dice. I sent support a ticket asking what to do since the Restore purchases button didn't work and received a very AI type message telling me to try the Restore Purchases button - in other words, it completely ignored almost everything I tried already. Nothing answered yet about whether I own the thing or anything else of assistance.

The Product Manager indicates I have the Bonus Collection 3 with TONEX MAX and I have no idea what is even in that. Searching the website did not yield any results either. My original order just says Total Studio Max 5 with zero breakdown on what was actually in it in order to verify anything. Any assistance from anyone on the forum would be appreciated.

Our support team does not use AI. You received instructions that are basically likely this FAQ https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=1452

There have been site issues which our IT team have worked on and patched so Restore Purchases should now work. If you try again and it doesn't work, you can reply to your support ticket and they will continue to assist you (without AI :) ).
