ok i've had a lot of problems recently buying the brown sound 78/79 collection and getting it to show up in the tonex software. i've been in constant contact with a rep from ik and they have been very good about trying to resolve my issues but everything they suggested, i tried and nothing. two days ago i was able to see the brown sound collection show up in the software but it went away and i can't get it back. it's in the product manager and it's authorized. it seems to me that the tonex software is not communicating with the product manager. plus, the software will not connect to tone net like it did two days ago. it's a real mess and quite the nightmare for such a simple thing. other than that, i can plug in and play the default tones thru my focusrite and the monitors. when i try to restore purchases, i click it and it opens up product manage but gives a 105 error message. looks like something went wrong with your connection. the green dot is lit but does not show my username. so it basically says, you are logged in as:
then nothing. it should have mikeinkc as my username. any suggestions? they had me uninstall and go into the system registry and delte some things and reboot and reinstall but it didn't help at all. any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance
