Purchased toneX packs missing, unable to download

With the 1.9.2 toneX update I can't access my purchased toneX packs anymore. When trying to restore purchase and download packs the process is suddenly interrupted.
I tried to reinstall both toneX and the product manager.
The purchased packs are visible and registered, but I can't download them. Anybody with the same experience or know some solution?

It seems like you may have followed the steps in this FAQ but I would suggest taking a quick look just in case https://www.ikmultimedia.com/faq/index.php?id=1452 and since that doesn't appear to have worked best bet would be to work with our IK Support team via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/sw and they will surely get you up and running.
