ToneX Software randomly Degraded after new update

Hello everyone, so I had 2 ToneX pedals purchased, and from my understanding the pedals come with ToneX max. I sold one of my other ToneX Pedals and continued with my other pedal. Now, I wanted to update the tonex pedal to try tonex editor, and when I did that my software completely degraded to ToneX Cs rather then ToneX Max, has anyone else had this issue? Ive gone back and forth with support and they’ve just ghosted me
