HELP - Presets missing in Amp5Max

Please help. I cannot see any presets in Amplitube 5 MAX

All Folders are where they have to be on my mac.

Macintosh HD > Users > *USER* > Documents > IK Multimedia > AmpliTube 5 > Presets

I reinstall Amplitube but the problem could not be solved.
Any help there? Thank you.
