How to know if I own the prerequisites for AmpliTube5 preset

How to know if I own the necessary extra pedals, amps, etc for these presets to work? I don't want to install them unless I know they will work without some items in the signal chain to not work because I don't own it.

Thanks for your reply. I hadn't forseen that this would not be something easy with a simple solution. I am surprised that I am required to bother the support devs with a ticket about something like this.

There are a lot of presets in that list, in multiple packs. Unless you have MAX you will not have all of the gear for every preset, I can guarantee that. But many if not all of those packs were made with at least one preset that can use the CS (free) gear as that was specified even when artists were the ones creating the presets (yes, those are official presets from the artists which is cool but was a bit like wrangling cats especially when we did stipulate that at least one should use CS/free gear only). There may be some packs on that list that don't have fully-free gear related presets, though, as again that's a long list of all the available add-on presets.

The file sizes are small, though, and it is easy to delete presets if you find you don't have gear for them and also note that AmpliTube 5 has the filter button that allows you to show only what you have for gear and that would also filter presets.

Finally, if you load a preset with gear you don't have there will be a warning icon on the right side of the chain view.

No problem. Thank you for reminding me that I was here when we worked with artists on many of those preset packs. It was a fun stroll down memory lane for me
