Amplitube 5 and Garageband different presets

Hello all, I have some questions regarding Amplitube and Garageband (v10.4.8) Is there a way to use different Amplitube presets for the same track? I want to make a track that consists of multiple effects. So I have 5 different presets, like delay, distortion and Tremolo. How can I add them in Garageband to my recorded audio track, without changing the whole track by selecting a preset?
