The AT5 trial version (AmpliTube 5 CS v5.10.3) seems to open just fine as a plugin Insert in Pro Tools Intro; however; it will not open properly in Windows. The program launches, shows File, Edit, and Options in the toolbar for a split second and then flashes to black accompanied by the default bell sound a moment later. What's odd is that if I float the cursor over the would-be locations of the toolbar, the drop down menus do appear... it's as if it's running in the background but there is no graphical display!
What I have tried so far:
> Re-installation
> Re-authorization
On advice from tech support:
> Delete settings.properties file
So far, none of this had made any difference. I want to get the expanded version of AT5, but not if it won't run as it should outside of my DAW.
My system specs are as follows:
> OS Name: Microsoft Windows 11 Home
> Version: 10.0.26100 Build 26100
> Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 8840HS
> GPU: Radeon 780M Graphics
I just replied to the tech support ticket that the fix did not work, but I'd appreciate any help you all might provide in the meantime, TY.
