seriously considering

Postby thetonechaseristaken » Tue Mar 04, 2025 5:28 am

Hello! So I am considering getting the Fender Amp Packs 1 and 2 (or the Orange and Marshall if I really want to), but I just do not want to spend 200 bucks on Amplitube 5.

Will the amps work with the CS version of Amplitube? I just wanna know because it is so appealing and I plan on spending 60 bucks on plugins and a new bridge pickup and good electronics on my birthday which is just a week away.

Thank you for even reading this! :D

AmpliTube 5 MAX which contains all of the collections you mention plus A LOT more is only $/€99.99 on sale on the IK site currently. That is the best bang for the buck.

The sale on AmpliTube collections where they are $/€29.99 ended shortly after your post, but there are some other collections available for that price in the "March Metal Madness" sale. They are metal-oriented though.

I actually checked the Amplitube 5 Max after posting this, so may I ask about how long the sale is? 430 amps, pedals, and cabs for 99 dollars sounds like a deal to be honest, but I am just concerned about how long the sale is so it reaches my birthday.

And the Mesa Boogies sound awesome after watching videos about it (even for non metal use), so I might as well get it if the sale for the 5 Max ever ended. Thanks for you answer, by the way!

Cheers!

The AmpliTube 5 MAX sale will last at least through the end of this month (March 2025). Thank you!

This is the lowest price I've seen AT5 MAX. If you can swing another $30, you can get Total Studio 4 MAX for $130, which is also the lowest price I've seen for that bundle. Not to stretch your budget, but Total Studio 4 MAX would include pretty much all the software IK would have to offer. For guitar-focused products, TS4 MAX includes both AT5 MAX and Tonex MAX, and for that price it's already worth it even if you don't touch any of the other included products.

If you decide to get just AT5 MAX, I can guarantee you'll be at least curious about Tonex in the future, so you might want to think about pulling the trigger now and get the big bundle. You will not be able to get Tonex MAX for $30 if you bought it separately, let alone all the other software titles.

I don't work for IK, by the way. I just know that Total Studio has provided me with all the plug-ins I've needed for several years doing bedroom recording, so I'm a fan. Good luck with your decision.
