HELP Tonex One sound different in different modes

I've got a kind of problem as soon as i disconnect my Tonex One from software the same preset in a stand along Tonex One pedal becomes to sound a little bit quieter and weirdly less headroom so my clean
jazzy fender sound turns to sound overdriven and bit thinner... Did anyone has experienced this? And the main question is what to do to make the pedal to sound similar in both USB connected and standalone modes ?!

I use macbook.
On pedal buffer 512, input gain 8 (factory settings)
USB connection in both modes so power supply may not affected the situation.
