tonex se not showing up

I just bought the tonex one pedal 2nd hand and succesfully registered the pedal into my ik product manager, however when i try to enter the license transfer numbers for Tonex SE and Aplitude 5 SE it says that somebody is already using thís serial number, so i cant access tonex se, please help me

The seller may not have gone through the free transfer process properly as it would release all three of those serials in an email to them once they clicked the "Transfer" button in their IK User Area. You may want to ask the seller if they followed that procedure and/or reach out to IK Support for more direct support where they can look into your information etc for more effective assistance.
