Buon pomeriggio, ho venduto il mio Tonex pedal ma non mi sono accorto di non aver spedito la scheda di registrazione che non riesco più a trovare. È possibile risalirci in qualche modo affinché il mio acquirente possa registrarlo? Grazie

You must follow the free transfer procedure in your IK User Area which will email you three serial numbers to send to the buyer: TONEX Pedal, TONEX MAX, and AmpliTube 5.

https://www.ikmultimedia.com/userarea/my-products/ then go to Hardware --> TONEX Pedal --> Serials and there will be a Transfer button there.

Quando ho fatto la procedura il programma non mi ha dato nessuna mail da poter inserire del buyer. E ora no. Vedo più Tonex nel mio product manager
