Jam Points Missing! (not expired) - they will return

Hi, I was shopping on the IK website and had something in my cart. I applied my points to the total. I went to another site and when I came back, my cart was empty and my jam points were gone! I didn't purchase anything.

How do I get them back? They certainly aren't expired either.

JamPoints that are applied to a cart but not used will return to your account after a short amount of time.

From the IK JamPoints page:

Promo Codes expire 2 hours after generating them in the IK Online Shop. If you do not use the Promo Code within the 2 hours they are generated, the unused JamPoints will go back to your balance and you may use them at another time.
