Tonex Pedal with Chocolate plus midi

Hi first post here.
I'm using Chocolate plus MIDI to change presets A B C via PC and D tap/tune via CC. Also expression to change gain.
I also can bank up and down via CC long press but can't keep the preset on the bank selected.
Anyone with some MIDI ideas on this? It's great using Chocolate remotely leaving Pedal at the back out of the way.
