I haven't used ToneX in a while so still at 1.0.5 firmware when I connect my ToneX pedal and go to librarian...it says I am at current firmware with 1.0.5. Product manager recognizes my pedal SN. but there is no update button. I haven't done anything to the pedal from when I first about it over a year ago. I know my inexperience has something to do with my issue and it is prolly something simple I am missing but been scratching my head.
Any ideas?

You probably need to update your TONEX software first. Then it should have the latest and corresponding firmware update for you.

Thanks under product manager it does not give me the option to upgrade.. so I have contacted support.
