I'm on the most recent version according to product manager and it worked fine yesterday. Now I can switch to the tone.net "tab", it loads the list but when I try to load a tone it crashes, same with tones from the collections that are not local. Nothing else changed which is why I am a little bit confused bcuz normally in situations like this it's a driver or windows that had an update of sorts...

I just tested it on my other computer and it also crashes. Must be something on their end. They need to fix it.

Yeah okay I'd definitely say it's on their end then. So patience is the game of the hour then.

It's solved. After I reported it using the official method it showed a "maintenance" notice when trying to load tones and now it works again. So either someone started maintenance without setting the flag for maintenance mode or the issue was fixed.
