Tonex One Stuck in Lock Mode

I Accidentally let go of the Alt button while trying to get to the 6 second menu hold. The pedal now has all lights flashing in lock mode. The manual says to hold Alt for 3 seconds to exit. I have tried this 10+ times to no avail, power down, back into setup mode, out of it, browse mode, nothing works.

Am I missing something? Can the software exit this mode with usb?

You have to press three buttoms/knobs at once "model, preset, parameter" probably 3 sec is ok. Just wait until You'll see Unlockd at Your Tonex. I had the same accident. Good luck
