im having issues with the tonex software connecting to the authentication servers and i cant access the main ikmultimedia site, i turned off any firewalls, tried flushing my dnscache via command prompt im using the latest version of the tonex software on windows 11 pro .

Are you able to access the IK site on another IP (for example using your cell phone without wifi via cellular connection)?
