Amplitube 5 Not Authorized - why?

I bought two Tonex pedals - the Pedal and the One, I was supposed to get Amplitube 5 for free. Now, I was just checking it out - it's not authorized at all, the IK Product Manager says it is but it isn't. I get those long static like sounds indicating I have a non licensed version. Any ideas how to get this sorted out?
