Yesterday I received my Tonex Anniversary Pedal, and I registered it in my IK Product Manager with its Serial Number.
It shows up under my Hardware, and under Software it shows Tonex Max Installed (v 1.7.6), and under AmpliTube 5 it shows that v 5.10.1 is installed.
So I connect the pedal to my MBP, and the Tonex Software opens and syncs to my MPB.
But.............................................................
It shows "Tonex Connected" and "Firmware v 4.1.1", but it shows a Serial Number that is not correct, and when I click "Firmware Update" under the Gear Icon, it says "Firmware Is Up To Date".
What am I doing wrong?
