Migration from an old to a new Mac

Hello and sorry if this question was already asked and answered somewhere in this Forum but I didn't find any clear answer to my question.

Within the next 10 days, I will receive a brand new MacBook Pro and will have to migrate my actual machine to this new one.

My question is simple: I (will) have a TimeMachine backup that will allow me to restore my current installation onto my new Mac.

Will my IK Multimedia products be migrated and useable on my new Mac or do I have to reinstall entirely all my purchased IK products?

If you are using Time Machine backup to install on the new Mac it should not give you any trouble. If you do run into any issues with the IK software you can always log into the IK Product Manager on the new Mac to authorize and install.
