High pass filter

Hi, I connect my guitar to my axe i/o audio interface and play through amplitube 5. Is there a high pass filter somewhere in amplitube 5? The guitar got to much low frequencies when connecting it to the audio interface, and it doesnt seem like the audio interface has any low cut filter.
