AmpliTube 5 equipment not available on Laptop.

I am using an irig Stomp IO with AmpliTube 5. I normally use it on my desktop pc at home.
I have installed AmpliTube 5 on my Laptop and transferred my preset files, however most of the equipment is showing as not purchased on my laptop even though it is available on the desktop.

I have tried restoring purchases in both AmpliTube and the Custom Shop app but it has not worked.

Any idea's?
