Sync Amplitube 5 to sequencer/sound module

Hi. I have some drum tracks programmed on a Roland MC-50 Mk 2 sequencer (connected to a Roland SC-50 sound module) which I'd like to record in Amplitube 5. Is there a way to sync Amplitube 5 to the sequencer, preferably with Amplitube as the slave, so that when I hit play on the sequencer, Amplitube starts recording? All suggestions appreciated.
