Trouble updating to AmpliTube 5.8.2

Hey all,
Didn't see any category for updates in here so I thought I'd try here. So I got an email about this update to AmpliTube 5.8.2 today and the directions are to click on update next to Amp5. I assumed that it was going to be in my Products section and there was no update icon next to my Amp5 in there. I even opened my Amp5 and saw nothing there either. What do I need to do in order to get it? edit-I have AmpliTube 5MAX by the way. So I click on the "Download Resources" icon to the right of the icon and the 5.8.2 version isn't even listed. One would think that'd intuitively that would be where it should be.

PS-I'm not seeing "Manage My Products" anywhere, the email said that's what I should look for. I did get an update window come up, didn't click on anything when I tried to click on OK on the "change computer" prompt window nothing happens either. So frustrating...

The instructions specify you should perform those steps in IK Product Manager, not your IK User Area.

I appreciate the reply--solved the problem. My Product Manager needed an update too and my norton anti-virus was blocking that update. Got that sorted, now am updating the Amp5MAX. I wondered about my norton affecting things should've acted on that earlier and saved myself the headache.
