Tonex One and T-Rex Fuel Tank Junior no power

Trying to power the Tonex One pedal with my Fuel Tank Jr. but will not work. The Fuel Tank works well with other pedals, but will not power the Tonex. The Fuel Tank puts out 9v / 120 mA. Something I've missed? (The pedal works well with USB C power).
