Looper missing from plugin version of Amplitube 5?

I could just be unaware of how A5 works, but for some reason, the looper & live play buttons (to the left of toneNET) at the top as well as the playback controls at the bottom of amplitube 5 only show for me in the standalone version, yet i am trying to use the looper as part of my gig performer setup, and the buttons/controls for looping and playback are completely non existent in the plugin version. Is there perhaps somewhere these can be toggled on? I’d prefer not having to route audio from the standalone version into gig performer if i don’t have to. Anyone else’s like this, or is it possibly a bug? Thanks
