Blank spaces in "My Purchased Tones"

Blank spaces in "My Purchased Tones"

Hi all, when I first received my TONEX pedal, I downloaded some tone models to check them out. They weren't keepers, so I soon deleted them. However, when I go to to the preset field at the top of the sidebar and open the window to choose something from "My Purchased Tones" there are blank spaces with orange dots there. If I click any of them, I get a message saying "WARNING Tone Model cannot be found or loaded."

Is there a way I can refresh that list and get rid of those blank spots?

I just realized those blank spots are also in the "My Preset" section as well.

I'm having the same issue, I don't have a "My Purchased Tones" section - but I did purchase TONEX Max and while it all seems perfectly functional I just can't clean this up. :? :(

Just got this response: "We are aware of this behavior and will be resolving it in an upcoming update for Tone X. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention however."

Hopefully the timeframe isn't too far out.

v1.7.5 has fixed this issue for me :D
