ToneX - Capturing doesn't start.

Capturing doesn't start.

I have the Behringer UMC202HD with only 2 outputs and connected it to the ToneX Capture Box exactly as stated.
Everything worked and I was able to adjust the level for both the guitar input and the microphone input.
My amp also played the test sounds.
But when I click on "Capture" nothing happens.
No capture tones are played and the circle does not turn green.
I tried it on the PC and the laptop. Capturing doesn't start in either case.

Does anyone have a solution?

Actually it’s may too late to answer ur question, but I got recently in the same problem, and at last I should run Ik Multimedia and Tonex (Both) as administrator. Then it worked.

Having the same issue as well and running them as administrator, re-installing Tonex, restarting PC, restarting IK PM a couple times as administrator etc. makes no difference, still stuck in that same exact issue as OP.

For reference, running computer with i7-14700K+Asus RTX4060 Proart and RME Digiface interface.
