I heard back from tech support. They suggested uninstalling and reinstalling Product Manger. See the text below. I did not have a IK Product Manager folder below documents, but that may vary a little bit depending on Windows version. I reinstalled IK Product Manager and then reinstalled Amplitube through Product Manager. The Try button is working now but the Buy still broken.
I uninstalled IK Product Manager v1.1 and reinstalled v1.0 and both buttons work, so there appears to be a lingering issue with the buy button. All this button does is hyperlink to a shopping cart with the product added, so you could just do this the long way by going through the website. [mod redacted - unnecessary]

Do the window control panel UNinstall of IK Product Manager
Go to Documents > IK Multimedia > delete the IK Product Manager manager
C > Users > Name > Appdata > Roaming > IK Multimedia > Delete the IK Product Manager folder
*You will need to enable "Show Hidden Files/Folders" in the File Explorer "View" tab to see the Appdata folders.
Download and reinstall and retry it
