Can't open tonex in amplitube

Hi everyone
I have a problem when i select the tonex amp or the tonex pedal in amplitube, it freeze. I still hearing the last sound that i was using before select the tonex but then i cant modify any parameter or select another amp, etc.
I try to reinstall and everything but it still happen
Then when i close amplitube the process stil open

I just solved the problem opening the regedit and deleting all the ikmultimedia folders. And then reinstalling everything
