When using the Slash Delay pedal (/Delay) - I Right click and use Save Model Preset and no save window appears. I wonder if the leading slash character in the pedal name is creating a problem when AT5 tries to auto create the folder? I tried manually creating a folder named /delay but it doesn't help. Any workarounds?
I have no problem with saving model presets from the other pedals I have tried.
I'm on macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) using AT 5.7.1

I think the leading slash character in the pedal name could be causing a conflict when AT5 tries to create the folder. Try renaming the pedal to something without the slash character, such as "Delay," and see if that allows you to save the model preset without any issues.

Yeah that was my suspicion, but I didn't know you could rename the pedals. How do I do that?

This has now been fixed. It's not listed in any release notes that I could find but in 5.8.2 it was now naming the folder "Slash Delay". Yay.
