I have purchased a new Axe I/O and Tonex Pedal. Software is downloaded onto my 2017 iMac running OS 13.5.2. All software is up to date.
Axe I/O has guitar into far left (hi-z) input, far right amp out going to tube amp input, and line from Suhr Reactive Load box into rear mic input 2.
Routing:
Levels all appear good and amp capture screen on Tonex produces green check mark.
The next screen, I persistently get this error:
I've had a ticket open with IK Support and I'm on day 7 (some week days, there are no replies at all) and I'm in an indefinite holding pattern, which is very sad with new gear I'm excited to use.
If there are any ideas on my set up, tips on how to proceed, etc., I would be immensely grateful.
