Every time I try to download an Amplitube preset from ToneNet that contains a Tonex capture of any kind, Amplitube locks up and I have to use Windows' Task Manager to shut it down. Just wondering if anyone has encountered this before I contact support - possibly some setting somewhere that is not right, or maybe an ID10T
error. Any help would be appreciated!
