Amplitube : sample rate for ir

Hi guys, I need some help:
I have a pack of custom ir in 3 sample rates 44,48 and 96
what sample rate does amplitube support, what is the optimal sample rate for amplitube and the axe i/o?

I am not sure what is optimal. I use 48/24.
