I am trying to download Mesa Boogie software for AmpliTube. In both cases, I am getting the download for AmpliTube which I already have. Anybody have any idea what is going on?

Mesa Boogie (and other collections) is not a separate software product. it is a collection of gear models built into AmpliTube.
If needed, Register, Install and Authorise AmpliTube first.
I suggest that you run the IK Product Manager and Register your Mesa Boogie Serial Number. Then go to the AmpliTube product group and click the [Products] tab - you should then see Mesa Boogie listed there.
You may need to run the Custom Shop program and do a "Restore my Purchases" too.
The Mesa Boogie gear should now be available in AmpliTube.
