So I've had the Tonex pedal for about 3 weeks now and I love it but suddenly the display has bugged out- all of the pedals lights are on, the display shows three errored characters. Everything else seems to be working fine- it shows up in the software. The knobs change the presets, sounds fine, etc. just the display is berzerk. I've tried power cycling, Re-updating the firmware, doing the recovery in the software, changing the power supply, moving the whole rig to another outlet, unplugging everything, etc. but it is still doing this. I've submitted a ticket but has anyone seen this happen?
