Hi guys,
I'd like to evaluate some partners Tonex collections but I keep getting the white noise protection noise even during the 30 minute demo time after pressing the "Try" button, just like it does when you try to load a preset without engaging the "Try" function.
Since the noise is pretty loud and I have trouble with my tinnitus, this makes the whole experience pretty annoying.
Are you having the same issues?
