Do you recommend speakers or a powered cab with the TONEX?

If so what are the best with a budget of around $800 - $1k?

I recommend a good FRFR powered cabinet. Best two I have tried out are the Mission Engineering Gemini and the XiTone. I own the Xitone and it's fantastic. You can find previously owned of each on reverb for around $1,000 - $1,300
