How to stop presets install to One Drive TONEX

I was trying to install the Tonex update 1_2_2 zip but it keeps trying to install the presets to One Drive. I do not have One Drive installed and it doesn't try to create a new folder. Is there a way to have the presets install somewhere else so the install can finish? How do i set that path in the installer? Thanks

UPDATE: Virus software blocked the install. It sensed the folder creation and install assuspicious. I just shut off the virus software temporarily until it was done.
