I just bought an x space on eBay and it arrived today. I am completely new to it all but when I turned it on, all I got were chorus sounds. when I connect it to the librarian, the x vibe lights up and the others are greyed out. all the chorus sounds are there. I bought the software version of the x space thinking I could load it back onto the pedal but I can't do it. I have tried factory reset and restore purchases on the AmpliTube 5 app I don't have the serial number just a long number on the back of the pedal im hoping I can get the reverb back on the pedal if its possibleI do appreciate your help cheers
