No effects or amp sounds on MacBook

Hello,
I'm using a MacBook with 10.14.6, Amplitube 5 and the AXE I/O. All the signals work, but none of the Amp Sounds or Effects Sounds work. It's just a dry signal. I checked the System Prefs, Control Panels, etc. and they're all correct. It's driving me nuts!

The AXE I/O has a knob called "monitor". If it's turned all the way to the left where it says "direct", you'll only hear the direct signal with no processing.
