Tonex Audio Demo feature issue

Postby steve.nesfield » Fri Jun 02, 2023 6:52 pm

Hi

When using the tonex software either as standalone or via Cubase as a plugin, when i select an amp and hit play on the audio demo it sounds like its running through a pitchshifter and its really distorted even when using a clean capture.

I've been through all the setting and the amps sound fine when I actually play my guitar through them, but the audio demo doesn't seem to work correctly.

Any ideas ?

Thanks
Steve

Well.. if that isn't sods law !

I've been messing about with different settings for a couple of hours before posting this.

Just after I posted my question, I changed my buffer size from 92 to 512 and that fixed it !

Ah well.. hope that helps someone sometime in the future :)

Cheers
Steve

final update... anything less than a buffer size of 192 seems to cause it issues, but at that size the latency is fine on my system :)
