Adding OD or delays and other to ToneX/Pedal

Question to anyone that knows why

Is there a reason I can't add OD or pedals like that in front of amps in ToneX/Pedal ? or a delay? I understand ToneX can't capture time effects. How come there is no option to add that after that fact then send to pedal or have it on the pedal? Kind of underwhelming to have a pedal at this price point not have the ability to have any of that, even though it has a compressor/gate/reverb.. A part from the amp captures it does and the decent tones from that aspect, It feels like something like a POD GO or mx5 at the same price points, would be a better option...

Also, Why are you not able to add amplitube presets or sounds into ToneX/pedal, to play live? The whole setup or correlation bewtween ToneX and amplitube and then how the pedal is "tonex" only, is a little deceiving. It doesn't really make any sense having a pedal like this and at this price point, but not be able to do any of these things.
