I purchased Tonex Pedal and I've installed Tonex (I'm assuming it installed Max) but It's giving me an error that says I've reached the maximum allowed downloads. I know that Tonex CS has a limitation but Max does not. Can anyone help me solve this? thanks in advance.
Solved: I didn't know that tonex max was a separate registration process from the Tonex pedal. I located my Tonex Max serial number in my products on the IK website. Copy and pasted that serial number into the authorization manager and registered Tonex Max . Problem solved.
