X-Time expression pedal delay mix control

I set my Nektar expression pedal to control percentge /mix/ of all the delay patches within my X-time pedal and did not forget to save them. When I adjusted the last one and changed for the first one that should have been already configured, control setting was OFF again in all previously adjusted patches. I noticed the same behavior when the pedal is disconnected from power. This should not be normal. Anyone with the same experience ?
