AmpliTube 5 authorization on macOS

Hi,

I'm trying to authorize my Amplitube 5 in my macOS. It's seems not working. Amps and Stomps are locked.

I tried to re-install then authorize again (I lost one authorization )

What's wrong here?

im having the same problem it was authorized on my main computer and when I unauthorized to reauthorize everything went locked and I can't get it back. I tried to authorize on my laptop and yet its still locked even thought it was successful. Super annoying. I have a PC and there is the sane issue.
