I checked to see if this issue has been discussed.
I have registered and re-registered several times, and updated. But no help. I'm using the free version. Maybe I misunderstood about the life of the free version. I thought the noise had something to do with Cakewalk. Maybe. Closing it helped some other issues.
I did solve the stand alone problem.
Any help would be great.
