crackling sound when touching iPhone 12 irig 2

Hi everyone. I have an iPhone 12 with a new irig 2. I have activated the App with the code and every time I touch it, it makes a crackling sound. it only sounds when i play. with muted strings it doesn't. with GarageBand this does not happen. Does anyone have an idea what could happen?

Hi, I have the same issue on iPhone12, is't a crackling noise just on "E" and "A" cords, single strings or playing chords... tested on IphoneSE and I had the same issue.
