AmpliTube 4 errors

When I click on Insert A ,a message comes up saying.

"This feature is only available in AmpliTube 4.More info here."

I ALREADY OWN AmpliTube 4!!!


WTF is going on with your plugins IK?

I Had to reinstall AmpliTube 5 to get the Custom Shop working now this rubbish!!!!!!

Inserts are broken in AmpliTube 4 on my end.

I own the full AmpliTube 4 but when I click Insert A it tells me I must own AmpliTube 4 for this feature which I already do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, not official Technical Support, other users may chip in. But please remember that the same symptoms do not necessarily mean the same problem.

Meanwhile, the best thing to do is contact Support, via here. If Searching the FAQs does not help there is a red button link to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help. Response time aims to be within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

And, to help others who run into a similar problem, please let us know what you did to resolve the problem. Please do not quote directly any correspondence from Support, as that may apply only to your particular circumstances and may lead others down the wrong track.

I bought Total Studio 2 max.
AmpliTube 4 comes with that.

It looks like you may need to authorize AmpliTube 4 from the IK Product Manager to unlock any owned content. If you haven't done so, grabbed the download at the link below. Inside the app click Manage My Products and use the Software tab to find the AmpliTube 4 tile where you can install, update, and authorize your app.

*If you've not yet registered your AmpliTube 4 serial number, you can find this in your User Area under My Products. This can be Registered in IK Product Manager.

Note, AmpliTube 4 is no longer being updated. We recommend continuing with AmpliTube 5. Any owned gear from AmpliTube 4 will unlock in AmpliTube 5 CS (Custom Shop). To upgrade, use the IK Product Manager and Install / Authorize using the AmpliTube 5 tile in the Manage My Products area under Software.
